Dear Hayes Customers,

We wanted to let you know we are thinking of you during this trying time of COVID-19. Know that Hayes is operational and we will continue to service our customers. Please let us know HOW WE CAN HELP! Please contact HAYES if you would like your handpieces repaired. If you do not want us coming by your office or we are unable to get there within 24 hours, we can schedule a UPS PICK-UP for you.

IMPORTANT TIP: If you are not using an operatory for whatever reason, do not leave your waterline connected and your bottles full. Disconnect the waterline and remove, clean and drain your bottles. We can talk more about testing, shocking and treating your waterlines in a few weeks. Again, please let us know HOW WE CAN HELP your practice.
