| Darius Khayat –
General Business Counsel. Darius Khayat received his Doctorate of
Jurisprudence from National University in 1991 and was admitted by
the Supreme Court of the State of California to practice law in 1992.
Darius’ undergraduate work was in the field of chemistry. He
is very involved in local, charitable organizations to which he donates
his time pro bono. He is currently the President of the San Marcos
Lions Club Foundation and the Secretary of the San Marcos Economic
Development Corporation, a City committee formed by the City of San
Marcos to advise the San Marcos City Council and Staff regarding issues
concerning economic development. He is also a board member of several
other charitable foundations as well. Darius’ practice focuses
on estate planning and the formation and representation of corporate
entities. |
